Our staff have many years of experience working with technology solutions across the manufacturing and assembly sectors in Scotland, Ireland, the North of England and further afield. Managers and department heads:
AJ Cunningham – Managing Director
AJ, RAD's Managing Director, is an engineer at heart who has over 18 years experience in ERP development and consultancy. As one of the original co-founders of RAD in 1997, leading on business strategy and delivery, AJ has managed and assisted over a hundred ERP implementations throughout the UK. AJ is also a certified Microsoft Professional and his years of hands-on experience have allowed him to consistently identify realisable opportunities for increased efficiency and in many cases, significant cost-savings for RAD clients.
Miles Chicoine – Sales and Marketing
Miles joined RAD in 2009 and manages the Sales and Marketing team. He is responsible for developing both new and existing partner relationships with RAD, and oversees the operation of all ongoing digital and hardcopy communication activities and the setup and management of company events. Miles has over 10 years of experience in the IT based ERP and business solutions market. Prior to joining RAD, Miles worked in London and New York for leading partners of both Microsoft Dynamics and SAP applications.
Gerry Finnon – Operations Manager
Gerry is the Operations Manager at RAD. Gerry both manages and executes the majority of RAD’s system implementations which includes training sessions, detailed configuration work and both holding and attending regular project meetings. A qualified Prince 2 practitioner with a multitude of accreditations and over 12 years of ERP consulting and implementation experience, Gerry has led many of the RAD’s ERP projects offering clients his in-depth working knowledge of established industry processes and policies as used by many successful manufacturing companies throughout Scotland and the UK.
Alaine Allison – Finance / Administration
Alaine oversees the finance and general administration of RAD. She is responsible for the management and control of RAD’s financial affairs and oversees the co-ordination of all client project activities. Alaine has many years of management and administration experience. Before joining RAD, Alaine was the Office Manager for two sites at Monster.co.uk and prior to that spent several years running her own online services company in the media industry. Alaine also has a strong academic background, holding both a B.Sc (Hons) in Medical Biochemistry and an M.Sc in Immunopharmacology.
Iain Deans – Support Team
Iain leads the RAD Support team which offers phone-based, online and on-site services. He is responsible for the management, resolution and response of all support queries that are logged with RAD. Iain has an extensive background in technology and systems, with over 10 years of programming experience and a bachelors degree in Technology Computing (Software Development). Prior to joining RAD, Iain was the primary IT Administrator for the ERP system at Welldynamics (who have since been acquired by Halliburton) operating an international support team.
