RAD Services: EFACS ERP APPLICATION TRAINING
Delivered by skilled, accredited consultants, RAD offers software application training services as part of a larger project implementation or as a standalone service tailored to the specific needs and requirements of individual customers.
The most efficient and well run companies in the world train their staff regularly to make full use of the capabilities offered by technology both new and old. The fact is all software systems are only as proficient as the users that operate them.
RAD offers a selection of software training services to ensure that every administrator, advanced user, department and operator is able to exploit the full potential of the systems they use. Our training sessions are typically setup to fulfil one or more of the following:
- Implementation – a multi-stage plan that introduces customers to a new software installation.
- System Upgrades – one or more sessions that are focussed on helping users learn how to use the new features, functions and enhancements of an upgrade.
- Refresher courses – for new staff members or existing users that have not received any formal training, we offer courses that will help users at every level to maximise the use of their systems.
- Advanced/ Administrative development – for experienced and/ or technically skilled staff members we offer sessions that empower your internal resources to develop and enhance the capability and operation of your system.
Implementation Training
Training plays a vital role in the success of any ERP software implementation. RAD Software deliver focussed training sessions throughout the project cycle broken down into three key stages:
- Launch Training - designed to give system champions a complete overview of the application’s capabilities.
- Operation Training – gives end users a comprehensive understanding of how they will use the system.
- Pilot Run – having completed all required data cleansing and migration, a trial period run either individually or in parallel to the previous system will expose any final issues or adjustments needed prior to going live.
RAD also provides bespoke sessions for implementations with unique and extraordinary requirements that necessitate a proprietary training plan.
Training Delivery
Customer’s have a choice of holding their training sessions on-site at their own premises, at RAD’s office in a classroom setup or a combination of both:
- On-site – where the customer provides the facilities and we provide the trainer. This is particularly useful for user level and operator training where staff would not typically attend sessions that last the duration of a full day. This form of training also offers greater flexibility and convenience to the extent that staff members are able to respond to urgent or unexpected issues that arise throughout the day.
- Classroom – where we provide the facilities and the trainer. This form of training is much more focussed to the extent that it allows trainees to concentrate entirely on the sessions themselves without distraction or disruption. Note that classroom training requires advance booking and is subject to availability.
