The File Stream Web Module allows you to deploy the key features of your Document Scanning system to a standard web browser. For situations where it is not appropriate or practical to install client software, the File Stream Web Module provides a selection of core functions such as Scanning, Indexing, Searching and viewing documents using only a browser over the internet.
Organisations worldwide have become increasingly reliant on remote connectivity. Whilst thin-client products such as Citrix or Terminal Services offer a secure and established network service, they can often prove to be costly and inefficient. The File Stream Web module circumvents these common issues by offering secure login access to basic File Stream functionality without the installation of the File Stream client software.
