RAD Software Solutions: WORKFLOW compliant with EFACS ERP
Workflow is a File Stream Document Scanning module, compliant with EFACS ERP that allows pre-defined processes to be setup to route and track documents with notifications to specific individuals within your organisation. Workflow can have an immediate positive impact on the efficiency of your organisation by reducing the inherent delays of traditional ‘paper trails’.
Each and every day, your organisation generates and receives documents. Your staff perform pre-defined tasks that surround these documents and a portion of them will then be routed to other, perhaps multiple, individuals before they reach their final destination, typically for the purpose of approval or collecting additional information.
Standard File Stream functionality will ensure that documents are saved in a viewable electronic format the moment they are created or received. Users who have been given the appropriate authority or permission are able to annotate these documents with notes, remarks, changes, graphical additions, supplemental pages and so forth on a version controlled basis, with a history stored for each change.
The Workflow module enables users to instantly forward documents to other users and/ or departments based on specific rules and, where applicable, with specific time constraints. This process can be further engineered so that when a deadline is reached, the matter can be escalated to a manager or supervisor.
Flexible workflow design functionality allows you to easily maintain existing workflows or quickly develop new processes as and when required, without limitation.
